So as I mentioned in the post about bobbyduffdesign; I want you guys to get involved and feel equal! So to do this I am going to set a competition -
To all of you lovely designers, who are as passionate about typography as I am; this is your chance to get noticed. I am hosting a competition for BDD, to create the best logo! The best logo will be used as the BDD logo, and I will create a post to congratulate the winner with full reference to them! This is just a bit of fun to start of the BOBBYDUFFDESIGN BLOG, and to get all of the viewers involved; so why not join in, you could win! Hello, and welcome to my blog; bobbyduffdesign. It’s great your interested in the site, and want to see more. So your now thinking well who is behind ‘bobbyduffdesign’, well I am Bobby Duff and I am fascinated by computers; and technology in general! I am currently doing my gsce ict; therefore I am keeping up with the latest news, however this is also my hobby, so I spend all of my time learning new things ! So bobbyduffdesign will be a place for me to offload my thoughts about technology. (For example SOPA & PIPA, GOOGLE PRIVACY POLICY, and much more to keep you lovely folks returning)
Why did I call it ‘bobbyduffdesign’, instead of just ‘bobbyduff’, well I am extremely interested in Web Design, and typography.(Which you will see later on) Therefore this will be a place for me to share with you my – logos, icons, psd templates, etc; but as I mentioned earlier I just generally love computer related topics, so you can expect all my latest thoughts on the newest technology!
You may be thinking there is millions of blogs about technology; why visit mine? Well unlike the others technology blogs, mine is my passion, and I would love to share it with you guys. Secondly I am a very opinionated person, and you will hear a lot about my criticisms towards software. Thirdly, you may be thinking – this isn’t professional because it isn’t his own domain. Well there are many successful blogs on wordpress.com, and wordpress.com gives new bloggers a chance to establish their talent; and go on to having a top ranked blog! Most importantly wordpress have dedicated so much to their users, and I am fully proud to be called a wordpress user!
So now you know a little about the blog, and who the author is, you will definitely want to return; right! That’s great because I want to run this blog, so that it dedicates everything to it’s viewers.
